SEC. 345. COMPTROLLER GENERAL REPORT ON ADEQUACY OF FUNDING, STAFFING, AND ORGANIZATION OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE MILITARY MUNITIONS RESPONSE PROGRAM.(a) Report Required.—Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a report on the adequacy of the funding, staffing, and organization of the Military Munitions Response Program of the Department of Defense.(b) Elements.—The report required by subsection (a) shall include—(1) an analysis of the funding, staffing, and organization of the Military Munitions Response Program; and(2) an assessment of the Program mechanisms for the accountability, reporting, and monitoring of the progress of munitions response projects and methods to reduce the length of time of such projects.
