SEC. 131. MAINTENANCE OF RETIRED KC–135E AIRCRAFT. Section 135(b) of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law 109–364; 120 Stat. 2114) is amended by striking “each KC–135E aircraft that is retired” and inserting “at least 74 of the KC–135E aircraft retired”.
