SEC. 525. DESIGNATION OF GENERAL AND FLAG OFFICER POSITIONS ON JOINT STAFF AS POSITIONS TO BE HELD ONLY BY RESERVE COMPONENT OFFICERS. Section 526(b)(2)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “a general and flag officer position” and inserting “up to three general and flag officer positions”.
