Sec. 318. Section 15B(b)(2)(C) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78o–4(b)(2)(C)) is amended— (1) by striking out “security” and inserting in lieu thereof “securities”; (2) by striking out “or the securities”; and (3) by striking out “burden or competition” and inserting in lieu thereof “burden on competition”.
