SEC. 1201. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO BUILD THE CAPACITY OF THE PAKISTAN FRONTIER CORPS.(a) Authority.—Subsection (a) of section 1206 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110–181; 122 Stat. 366) is amended by striking “during fiscal year 2008” and inserting “during fiscal years 2008 and 2009”.(b) Funding Limitation.—Subsection (c)(1) of such section is amended by inserting after “fiscal year 2008” the following: “and up to $25,000,000 of funds available to the Department of Defense for operation and maintenance for fiscal year 2009”.
