MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2005 PROJECTS.

SEC. 2405. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2005 PROJECTS.(a) Modification.—The table in section 2401(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 (division B of Public Law 108–375; 118 Stat. 2112) is amended—(1) by striking the item relating to Defense Fuel Support Point, Naval Air Station, Oceana, Virginia; and(2) by striking the amount identified as the total in the amount column and inserting “$485,193,000”.(b) Conforming Amendments.—Section 2404(a) of that Act (118 Stat. 2113) is amended—(1) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “$1,055,663,000” and inserting “$1,052,074,000”; and(2) in paragraph (1), by striking “$411,782,000” and inserting “$408,193,000”.
