SEC. 2105. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2008 PROJECTS.(a) Inside the United States Projects.—The table in section 2101(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (division B of Public Law 110–181; 122 Stat. 504) is amended—(1) in the item relating to Hawthorne Army Ammunition Plant, Nevada, by striking “$11,800,000” in the amount column and inserting “$7,300,000”;(2) in the item relating to Fort Drum, New York, by striking “$311,200,000” in the amount column and inserting “$304,600,000”; and(3) in the item relating to Fort Bliss, Texas, by striking “$118,400,000” in the amount column and inserting “$111,900,000”.(b) Conforming Amendments.—Section 2104(a) of that Act (122 Stat. 506) is amended—122 STAT. 4665(1) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “$5,106,703,000” and inserting “$5,089,103,000”; and(2) in paragraph (1), by striking “$3,198,150,000” and inserting “$3,180,550,000”.
