SEC. 302. TRAFFICKING VICTIMS PROTECTION REAUTHORIZATION ACT OF 2005. The Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2005 (Public Law 109–164) is amended—(1) in section 102(b)(7), by striking “2006 and 2007” and inserting “2008 through 2011”;(2) in section 201(c)—(A) in paragraph (1), by striking “$2,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 2006 and 2007” each place it appears and inserting “$1,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 2008 through 2011”; and(B) in paragraph (2), by striking “2006 and 2007” and inserting “2008 through 2011”;(3) in section 202(d), by striking “$10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2006 and 2007” and inserting “$8,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2008 through 2011”;(4) in section 203(g), by striking “2006 and 2007” and inserting “2008 through 2011”; and(5) in section 204(d), by striking “$25,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2006 and 2007” and inserting “$20,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2008 through 2011”.
