SEC. 7017. PROGRAM FRAUD CIVIL REMEDIES ACT OF 1986 AMENDMENT. Section 3801(a)(1) of title 31, United States Code (commonly known as the “Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act of 1986”) is amended—(1) in subparagraph (C), by striking “and” after the semicolon;(2) in subparagraph (D), by inserting “and” after the semicolon; and(3) by adding at the end the following:“(E) the National Science Foundation.”.
