SEC. 551. COMPLIANCE WITH LOBBYING DISCLOSURE. Rule XXXVII of the Standing Rules of the Senate is amended by—(1) redesignating paragraphs 10 through 13 as paragraphs 11 through 14, respectively; and(2) inserting after paragraph 9, the following: “10. Paragraphs 8 and 9 shall not apply to contacts with the staff of the Secretary of the Senate regarding compliance with the lobbying disclosure requirements of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995.”.121 STAT. 773
