Sec. 302. For fiscal year 1992, the Department of State shall submit a budget justification document to the Committees on Appropriations which provides function, subfunction, and object class information for each activity, subactivity, and bureau within the Department. This title may be cited as the “Department of State Appropriations Act, 1990”.
