Interagency Law Enforcement organized crime drug enforcement For necessary expenses for the detection, investigation, and prosecution of individuals involved in organized crime drug trafficking not otherwise provided for, $168,560,000; Provided, That any amounts obligated from appropriations under this heading may be used under authorities available to the organizations reimbursed from this appropriation: Provided further, That appropriations under this heading may be used to reimburse agencies for any costs incurred by Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces be-tween October 1, 1989, and the date of enactment of this Act: Provided further, That section 506(a)(1) of part E of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, as amended by section 6091 of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988, is amended by adding “or 0.25 percent, whichever is greater,” after “$500,000”.
