Sec. 307. Section 203(c) of the Judicial Improvements Act of 1990 (Public Law 101–650; 28 U.S.C. 133 note), is amended—(1) in the third sentence (relating to the District of Kansas), by striking “18 years” and inserting “19 years”;(2) in the sixth sentence (relating to the Northern District of Ohio), by striking “18 years” and inserting “19 years”; and(3) in the seventh sentence (relating to the District of Hawaii), by striking “15 years” and inserting “16 years”.
