Sec. 105. None of the funds appropriated in this title for the Department of Commerce shall be available to reimburse the fund established by 15 U.S.C. 1521 on account of the performance of a program, project, or activity, nor shall such fund be available for the performance of a program, project, or activity, which had not been performed as a central service pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1521 before July 1, 1982, unless the Appropriations Committees of both Houses of Congress are notified fifteen days in advance of such action in accordance with the Committees’ reprogramming procedures. 103 STAT. 995 This title may be cited as the “Department of Commerce Appropriations Act, 1990”.
