Family Housing Construction, Defense-Wide For expenses of family housing for the activities and agencies of the Department of Defense (other than the military departments) for construction, including acquisition, replacement, addition, expansion, extension, and alteration, as authorized by law, $2,859,000, to remain available until September 30, 2014: Provided, That the amount appropriated in this paragraph shall be for the projects and activities, and in the amounts, specified under the heading “Family Housing Construction, Defense-Wide” in the table entitled “Military Construction” in the explanatory statement of managers to accompany this Act.
