Of the funds made available in this title, the following accounts are hereby reduced in the following amounts to reflect adjusted inflation and bid savings projections: “Military Construction, Army”, $230,000,000; “Military Construction, Navy and Marine Corps”, $235,000,000; and “Military Construction, Air Force”, $64,091,000.
