intellectual property rights protectionsSec. 7091. Not later than 60 days after enactment of this Act and every 120 days thereafter until September 30, 2010, the Secretary of State shall submit a report to the Committees on Appropriations detailing actions taken by the Secretary during negotiations on the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and subsequent international climate change negotiations, to promote compliance with and enforcement of existing international legal requirements concerning intellectual property rights and effective intellectual property rights protection and enforcement for energy and environmental technologies.
