SEC. 3309. SANDIA PUEBLO LAND EXCHANGE TECHNICAL AMENDMENT. Section 413(b) of the T’uf Shur Bien Preservation Trust Area Act (16 U.S.C. 539m–11) is amended—(1) in paragraph (1), by inserting “3,” after “sections”; and(2) in the first sentence of paragraph (4), by inserting “, as a condition of the conveyance,” before “remain”.
