SEC. 2501. RIO PUERCO WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.(a) Rio Puerco Management Committee.—Section 401(b) of the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996 (Public Law 104–333; 110 Stat. 4147) is amended—(1) in paragraph (2)—(A) by redesignating subparagraphs (I) through (N) as subparagraphs (J) through (O), respectively; and(B) by inserting after subparagraph (H) the following:“(I) the Environmental Protection Agency;”; and(2) in paragraph (4), by striking “enactment of this Act” and inserting “enactment of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009”.(b) Authorization of Appropriations.—Section 401(e) of the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996 (Public Law 104–333; 110 Stat. 4148) is amended by striking “enactment of this Act” and inserting “enactment of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009”.
