SEC. 1701. DEFINITIONS. In this subtitle:(1) District.—The term “District” means the Central Oregon Irrigation District.(2) Secretary.—The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.(3) State.—The term “State” means the State of Oregon.(4) Wilderness map.—The term “wilderness map” means the map entitled “Badlands Wilderness” and dated September 3, 2008.
