SEC. 8204. JOHN H. CHAFEE BLACKSTONE RIVER VALLEY NATIONAL HERITAGE CORRIDOR. Section 3(b)(2) of Public Law 99–647 (16 U.S.C. 461 note; 100 Stat. 3626, 120 Stat. 1857) is amended—(1) by striking “shall be the the” and inserting “shall be the”; and(2) by striking “Directors from Massachusetts and Rhode Island;” and inserting “Directors from Massachusetts and Rhode Island, ex officio, or their delegates;”.
