Sec. 102. (a) One additional employee is authorized for each of the following: (1) the House Democratic Caucus; (2) the House Republican Conference; (3) the Minority Leader; and (4) the Chief Deputy Majority Whip. (b) The annual rate of pay for the positions established under subsection (a) shall not exceed the annual rate of pay payable from time to time for level V of the Executive Schedule under section 5316 of title 5, United States Code.
