Sec. 3. Subsection (d) of section 2 of Public Law 100–123 (2 U.S.C. 58a–l), is amended by inserting immediately after “by the Sergeant at Arms),” the following: “and all other moneys received by the Sergeant at Arms as charges or commissions for telephone services,”.
