SEC. 2152. APPLICATION OF FEDERAL LAW. Section 415 (42 U.S.C. 5055) is amended—(1) in subsection (c), by inserting “(as such part was in effect on the day before the date of enactment of the Serve America Act)” after “part B”; and(2) in subsection (e), by inserting “(as such part was in effect on the day before the date of enactment of the Serve America Act)” after “A, B”.
