Sec. 6. On and after the date this Act becomes law, the Secretary of the Senate, subject to the approval of the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, is authorized to provide up to $1,000,000 for capitalization purposes to the revolving fund established by the last paragraph under the heading “Contingent Expenses of the Senate” appearing under the heading “SENATE” in chapter XI of the Third Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1957 (2 U.S.C. 46a–1), by transferring to such revolving fund any funds available from any Senate appropriation account, with respect to which he has disbursement authority, for the fiscal year in which the transfer is made (or for any preceding fiscal year) or which have been made available until expended; and any moneys so transferred shall be available for use in like manner and to the same extent as the moneys in such 103 STAT. 1046revolving fund which were not transferred thereto pursuant to this section.
