SEC. 1312. DESCRIPTION OF PARTICIPANTS. Section 137 (42 U.S.C. 12591) is amended—(1) in subsection (a)—(A) by striking paragraph (3); and(B) by redesignating paragraphs (4), (5), and (6) as paragraphs (3), (4), and (5), respectively;(2) in subsection (b)—123 STAT. 1510(A) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “section 122(a)(2) or a program described in section 122(a)(9)” and inserting “section 122(a)(3)(B)(x)”; and(B) in paragraph (1), by striking “paragraph (4)” and inserting “paragraph (3)”; and(3) in subsection (c), by striking “(a)(5)” and inserting “(a)(4)”.
