SEC. 1511. CONTRACT AND GRANT AUTHORITY. Section 161 (42 U.S.C. 12621) is amended—(1) in subsection (a), by striking “perform any program function under this subtitle” and inserting “carry out the National Civilian Community Corps program”; and(2) in subsection (b)—(A) in paragraph (1)(B), by striking “section 162(a)(3)” and inserting “section 162(c)”; and(B) in paragraph (2), by inserting “National” before “Civilian Community Corps”.
