SEC. 1610. PARTNERSHIPS WITH SCHOOLS. Section 182(b) (42 U.S.C. 12642(b)) is amended to read as follows:“(b) Report.—“(1) Federal agency submission.—The head of each Federal agency and department shall prepare and submit to the Corporation a report concerning the implementation of this section, including an evaluation of the agency or department’s performance on performance goals and benchmarks for each partnership program of the agency or department.“(2) Report to congress.—The Corporation shall prepare and submit to the authorizing committees a compilation of the information received under paragraph (1).”.
