REPEAL.

SEC. 1831. REPEAL.(a) In General.—Title III (42 U.S.C. 12661 et seq.) is repealed.(b) Conforming Amendments.—Section 401 (42 U.S.C. 12671) is amended—(1) in subsection (a), by striking “term” and all that follows through the period and inserting the following: “term ‘administrative organization’ means a nonprofit private organization that enters into an agreement with the Corporation to carry out this section.”; and(2) by striking “Foundation” each place it appears and inserting “administrative organization”.123 STAT. 1579
