SEC. 6101. EFFECTIVE DATE.(a) In General.—This Act, and the amendments made by this Act, take effect on October 1, 2009.(b) Regulations.—Effective on the date of enactment of this Act, the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service may issue such regulations as may be necessary to carry out this Act and the amendments made by this Act.
