Sec. 801. (a) Section 15C(a)(1)(B)(i) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78o–4(a)(1)(B)(i)) is amended by striking out “When” and inserting “When such”. (b) Section 17(f)(1)(A) of such Act (15 U.S.C. 78q(f)(1)(A)) is amended by striking out “government securities,” and inserting “securities issued pursuant to chapter 31 of title 31, United States Code,”.
