SEC. 423. ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS.(a) Hazardous Materials Research Projects.—Section 7131(c) of the SAFETEA–LU (119 Stat. 1910) is amended by striking “through 2009” and inserting “through 2010, and $315,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2010, and ending on December 31, 2010,”.(b) Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act.—Section 4 of the Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act (16 U.S.C. 777c) is amended—124 STAT. 88(1) in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “2009,” and inserting “2010 and for the period beginning on October 1, 2010, and ending on December 31, 2010,”; and(2) in subsection (b)(1)(A), by striking “2010,” and inserting “and for the period beginning on October 1, 2010, and ending on December 31, 2010,”.
