SEC. 434. APPORTIONMENT OF FORMULA GRANTS FOR OTHER THAN URBANIZED AREAS. Section 5311(c)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:“(E) $15,000,000 for fiscal year 2010.“(F) $3,750,000 for the period beginning October 1, 2010, and ending December 31, 2010.”.
