Sec. 342. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any lease agreement entered into between Union Pacific Railroad Company and School District numbered 25, Bannock County, State of Idaho, for purposes of providing recreational and athletic facilities, shall be deemed consistent with purposes identified in 22 Stat. 148 and shall 103 STAT. 1100not be considered an abandonment of that property by Union Pacific Railroad Company.
