SEC. 10314. ADJUSTMENT TO LOW-VOLUME HOSPITAL PROVISION. Section 1886(d)(12) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395ww(d)(12), as amended by section 3125, is amended—(1) in subparagraph (C)(i), by striking “1,500 discharges” and inserting “1,600 discharges”; and(2) in subparagraph (D), by striking “1,500 discharges” and inserting “1,600 discharges”.
