AMENDMENTS TO SUBTITLE C.

SEC. 10403. AMENDMENTS TO SUBTITLE C. Section 4201 of this Act is amended—(1) in subsection (a), by adding before the period the following: “, with not less than 20 percent of such grants being awarded to rural and frontier areas”;(2) in subsection (c)(2)(B)(vii), by striking “both urban and rural areas” and inserting “urban, rural, and frontier areas”; and(3) in subsection (f), by striking “each fiscal years” and inserting “each of fiscal year”.
