SEC. 10603. STRIKING PROVISIONS RELATING TO INDIVIDUAL PROVIDER APPLICATION FEES.(a) In General.—Section 1866(j)(2)(C) of the Social Security Act, as added by section 6401(a), is amended—(1) by striking clause (i);(2) by redesignating clauses (ii) through (iv), respectively, as clauses (i) through (iii); and(3) in clause (i), as redesignated by paragraph (2), by striking “clause (iii)” and inserting “clause (ii)”.(b) Technical Correction.—Section 6401(a)(2) of this Act is amended to read as follows:“(2) by redesignating paragraph (2) as paragraph (8); and”.
