SEC. 10904. MODIFICATION OF ANNUAL FEE ON MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURERS AND IMPORTERS.(a) In General.—Section 9009 of this Act is amended—(1) by striking “2009” in subsection (a)(1) and inserting “2010”,124 STAT. 1017(2) by inserting “($3,000,000,000 after 2017)” after “$2,000,000,000”, and(3) by striking “2008” in subsection (i) and inserting “2009”.(b) Effective Date.—The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if included in the enactment of section 9009.
