SEC. 1403. DELAY OF LIMITATION ON HEALTH FLEXIBLE SPENDING ARRANGEMENTS UNDER CAFETERIA PLANS.(a) In General.—Section 10902(b) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is amended by striking “December 31, 2010” and inserting “December 31, 2012”.(b) Inflation Adjustment.—Paragraph (2) of section 125(i) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as added by section 9005 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and amended by section 10902 of such Act, is amended—(1) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “December 31, 2011” and inserting “December 31, 2013”; and(2) in subparagraph (B), by striking “2010” and inserting “2012”.124 STAT.1064
