Office of National Drug Control Policy Not later than 30 days after the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Drug Control Policy shall report on how funds made available under title IV of this Act have been allocated and shall, for each quarter of the fiscal year thereafter, within 45 days following the close of the quarter, report on how these funds have been obligated. Reports made under this section shall be filed with 103 STAT. 1111the House of Representatives and the Senate and made available to the Committees on Appropriations and other committees, as appropriate. This Act may be cited as the “Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1990”.
