LEGISLATIVE BRANCH In order to provide funds for the war on drugs, each discretionary appropriation for fiscal year 1990 provided in the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1990, (H.R. 3014), shall be reduced by 0.43 percent: Provided, That $3,578,000 representing excess receipts from the sale of publications shall be transferred from the Government Printing Office revolving fund to the Salaries and Expenses Appropriation of the Office of the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office.
