Sec. 604. Section 3(c)(3) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. 80a–3(c)(3)) is amended— (1) by inserting “or” after “therefor”; and (2) by inserting a period after “guardian” and striking out all that follows through “principal to another or others.”.
