SEC. 205. JURISDICTION OF THE STATE OF ALASKA. Nothing in this Act limits, alters, expands, or diminishes the civil or criminal jurisdiction of the State of Alaska, any subdivision of the State of Alaska, or any Indian tribe in that State.
