(a) Of the funds appropriated under the heading “Department of State, Administration of Foreign Affairs, Office of Inspector General” and authorized to be transferred to the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction in title XI of Public Law 111–32, $7,200,000 are rescinded.(b) For an additional amount for “Department of State, Administration of Foreign Affairs, Office of Inspector General” which shall be available for the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction for reconstruction oversight in Afghanistan, $7,200,000, and shall remain available until September 30, 2011.
