Sec. 404. (a) Section 104(c) of the Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act of 1991 (43 U.S.C. 2214(c)) is amended by striking “September 30, 2010” and inserting “September 30, 2012” in lieu thereof.124 STAT. 2314(b) Section 301 of the Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act of 1991 (43 U.S.C. 2241) is amended by striking “through 2010” and inserting “through 2012” in lieu thereof.
