Sec. 602. (a) The following unobligated balances made available pursuant to section 505 of Public Law 110–329 are rescinded: $2,200,000 from Coast Guard “Operating Expenses”; $1,800,000 from the “Office of the Secretary and Executive Management”; and $489,152 from “Analysis and Operations”.(b) The third clause of the proviso directing the expenditure of funds under the heading “Alteration of Bridges” in the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2009, is repealed, and from available balances made available for Coast Guard “Alteration of Bridges”, $5,910,848 are rescinded: Provided, That funds rescinded pursuant to this subsection shall exclude balances made available in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111–5).(c) From the unobligated balances of appropriations made available in Public Law 111–83 to the “Office of the Federal Coordinator for Gulf Coast Rebuilding”, $700,000 are rescinded.(d) Section 3002 shall not apply to the amounts in this section.
