Sec. 604. Funds appropriated in Public Law 111–83 under the heading National Protection and Programs Directorate “Infrastructure Protection and Information Security” shall be available 124 STAT. 2317 for facility upgrades and related costs to establish a United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team Operations Support Center/Continuity of Operations capability.
