Sec. 611. Section 15 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. 80a–15) is amended— (1) by striking out “(40)” in subsection (d) and inserting in lieu thereof “(42)”; and (2) by striking out the period at the end of subparagraph (B) of paragraph (3) of subsection (f) and inserting in lieu thereof a comma.
