SEC. 809. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 602 OF THE INTELLIGENCE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995. Section 602 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 (50 U.S.C. 403–2b) is amended—(1) in subsection (a), in paragraph (2), by striking “Director of Central Intelligence” and inserting “Director of National Intelligence”; and(2) in subsection (b)—(A) in paragraph (1), by striking “Director of Central Intelligence” and inserting “Director of National Intelligence”;(B) in paragraph (2)—(i) in subparagraph (A), by striking “Director of Central Intelligence” and inserting “Director of National Intelligence”; and(ii) in subparagraph (B), by striking “Director of Central Intelligence” and inserting “Director of National Intelligence”; and(C) in paragraph (3), by striking “Director of Central Intelligence” and inserting “Director of the Central Intelligence Agency”.124 STAT. 2750
