Sec. 616. Section 22 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. 80a–22) is amended— (1) by striking out “subsection (b)(8)” in paragraph (1) of subsection (b) and inserting in lieu thereof “subsection (b)(6)”; (2) by striking out paragraph (2) of subsection (b) and redesignating paragraphs (3) and (4) as paragraphs (2) and (3), respectively; (3) by striking out “section 15A(k)(2)” in subsection (b)(2) (as so redesignated) and inserting in lieu thereof “section 19(c)”; (4) by inserting in the first sentence of subsection (e) a comma after the word “redemption” where it first appears and where it appears for the third time; and (5) by striking out the last sentence of subsection (e).
